Bike ride 7-9-2016
I'm loving my bike rides lately! The weather is sensational, it's beautiful to be out in it and there's something special about the breeze in your face and the scent of the flowers. The recent rain means a lot of bike paths are surrounded by lush rich green grass and snowdrops and sourgrass and flowering cherry trees and it's all so delightful. I shared this ride with my Wheel Women group and enjoyed it all, even the hills! Which for me is a big deal. Hence my flushed but happy face at the end :)

Along the Merri Creek bike paths there are several low bridges that pass over the trickling gurgling river and I just love it!

I love all the snowdrops and sour grass - all weeds really, but they look fantastic!
So much to love about the Merri Creek trail!
